VAT / TVA
At this stage no TVA is charged on the products purchased on the website, as the VAT has already been charged in England. For customers who are TVA registered in France we can supply direct from England and raise an Invoice from our parent company ScrewPak Limited. This is known as distance selling. If we can verify the TVA number of the customer we are able to zero rate the supply. (We beleive this information to be correct at the date this was written). We reserve the right to change the charges of VAT/TVA should the prevailing law change accordingly. Should there be any additional charges due to taxes this will be clearly shown prior to purchase.
