New Value Incentive

We want to give you the customer an incentive to save money.

In the current climate we feel we should do our bit to try and help customers to save money and cut out waste at the same time. We have been listening to our customers, some say that our delivery charges are too high. On most of our orders we actually lose money on the delivery costs. We can't cut our charges but we can help you to get more value.

This is a new feature we have come up with to try and help improve that situation. I have put an example below of what now appears on the basket page when you have products in your basket.

Example:

You can still add 4900 grams to your basket for the same delivery charges.

The red figure will change as you either take out or put more products into your basket. This will enable you to maximise the weight you are paying for, by adding to your basket until you have reduced the red figure close to zero, making your purchase more cost effective. I have put a list below of our current delivery charges.

This is the incentive

If you get the red figure on your basket page to 50 or less and complete your purchase, we will give you a coupon code to get 10% off your next purchase on this site. (You will need to take a screen shot and send to us for confirmation).

We really don't like the thought of you paying Colissimo for empty space (that's like you paying for two seats on a bus but only using one of them).

This offer is only available to customers who have to pay for delivery and is not available for customers who have free delivery from a distributor or collect from our shop.

Up to    -    3 Kilograms   €10.00 = €3.33 per kilo
Up to    -    5 Kilograms   €12.00 = €2.40 per kilo
Up to    -    8 Kilograms   €14.00 = €1.75 per kilo
Up to    - 10 Kilograms   €16.00 = €1.60 per kilo
Up to    - 15 Kilograms   €20.00 = €1.33 per kilo
Up to    - 30 Kilograms   €24.00 = €0.80 per kilo
Up to    - 40 Kilograms   €32.00 = €0.80 per kilo
Up to    - 50 Kilograms   €40.00 = €0.80 per kilo
Up to    - 60 Kilograms   €48.00 = €0.80 per kilo
Up to    - 70 Kilograms   €56.00 = €0.80 per kilo
Up to    - 90 Kilograms   €72.00 = €0.80 per kilo
